Tanner team came over (on time every day) and worked to get my water restored. They rePiped my house and got all system running!

We really needed one easy little plumbing job done and all the companies stated how long the wait would be and “if” they could come out. Parker PHC didn’t hesitate to squeeze us in and get us taken care of! He showed up the next day and got our gas dryer and lines set up. He was so fast and personable! He answered some questions we had about replacing our water heater. Again, he was ready with fast trustworthy knowledge and competitive market pricing. Where he superseded the other companies again was timing and willingness to take care of us within the week. He brought our whole water heater system and venting up to code in a couple hours. We are looking forward to working with him again on the rest of our home updating projects!

I was informed by the Water Utility Authority that I had a bad leak (21 gallons per hour!) but I had no idea where it was coming from. I called Parker’s PHC and was able to get the owner’s help the very next morning. Tanner located the leak after digging a very deep hole in my yard, put in some new line and refilled the hole. All this was done in 96° heat. Then he insisted on leaving the grounds in pristine condition. I highly recommend Parker’s PHC.

The employees that came out had great customer service. I called last night and they were able to come out here the next morning to get my hot water working and to look at my AC. They were very accommodating. I have two kids to take care of and they were more than willing to help me move stuff out of the way of the AC unit to take a look at it. They diagnosed the problem for me with the AC unit and got my hot water working for me. Although I didn’t have them fix the AC unit they still did fix the hot water for me and I only had to pay $150 for them to get my hot water working again and to confirm the issue with my air conditioning which they had to spend a considerable amount of time alone. The owner also reached out to me personally about some feedback I left to ensure I was happy with what was provided. I feel that alone speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers! Overall, I am very happy with the services provided along with the customer service!! I would recommend this business because they genuinely care about their customers and ensuring all issues are taken care of in a timely manner.

Parker’s PHC came to my home to repair a leak. Tanner evaluated my plumbing issue and gave me my options and cost estimates based on those options. I chose the somewhat risky option, knowing that it might not work out as I hoped. However, Tanner did an amazing job and fixed the problem without additional issues! I am so thankful for his attention to detail and his explanation of my options/possible outcomes and costs!

Tanner was super nice and helpful. Being a first time mobile home owner he came out and helped us turn the water on. Not knowing anything about it. We didn’t have no pressure and thought there was only one shut off when there was one under the house. He was super polite and didn’t look at us like we were stupid.
